Five unidentified Union League Boys Club One members circa 1920
Scenes from Union League Boys Clubs, Miklos Gaspar, 1935
John Blew, a long time ULCC and Caxton Club member, will discuss his deep dive into the history of the murals in Room 816/The Boys Club Room and their connection to the formative years of what was then known as the Union League Foundation for Boys Clubs. Join us for this fascinating discussion as John weaves his research into muralist Miklos Gaspar with the origins of the Boys Club organization and facilities. A highlight of his presentation will be a comprehensive set of color photographs of the murals commissioned by John.
