September Daytime Program

The Preservation and Conservation Librarian at the University of Illinois at Urbana will tell tales of book conservation, preservation, and rescue. Jennifer Hain Teper takes us into a remarkable book and paper conservation laboratory for tales of bringing volumes and documents back to life. She will share riveting, generously illustrated stories drawn from her experiences in the laboratory at the University of Illinois at Urbana, where art and science combine to work miracles. We could all stand to be restored, so make your reservation today!

The presentation is free, but advance registration by 9/09/20 is required for delivery of the Zoom instructions.

All Daytime Programs will begin at 12:30 PM CT via Zoom. The events will consist of quality Zoom presentations with real-time Q&A features immediately following those presentations. All programs will require advance registration on the club’s website so that Zoom instructions can be sent before the program.
